FITNESS ASSESSING

Once we have completed the initial consultation and health questionnaire, We will then take some measurements, as well as blood pressure, height and weight.

In order to design a safe effective tailor made programme which is SMART.

SPECIFIC= Goals to be clearly defined
MEASURABLE= All clients goals need to be measurable, so that it is possible to identify when they have been achieved.
ACHIEVABLE= The goal must be achievable for the specific individual.
REALISTIC= The goal setting will be realistic to the clients needs and wants, in terms of time and achievability
TIMED=
A time scale will be established for short and long term goals
