Core Stability/ 6 pack= The body’s trunk is an inner unit surrounded by an outer unit. The inner unit includes the transverse abdominals the diaphragm and the muscles of the pelvis floor. Effective functioning of this unit is considered essential in preventing back injury and ensuring optimum performance in everyday life. The outer unit includes the other abdominal muscles as well as the muscles of the back, pelvis and hip which working together contribute to the stabilization of the pelvic girdle and spine.
Good core stability can mean great looking abdominals, and I say who doesn’t want that?

HAVE FUN TRAINING!

They say that things in life don’t come easy, and every lesson you go through only makes you stronger.
Someone once said to me ( Training is character building)
From a personal point of view I agree with this quote.
My training started at the age of 18 and ever since I can remember 6 things come to mind when I think of going for it, or giving what I desire to be my best efforts.
Imagination ,expectation, stimulation, creation, appreciation, and observation. If you can imagine your hearts desire and believe that you can have the body you want, by focusing your energy on what you want and ignoring all the negatives you will get there.
I say look back at the achievements in your life and remember the steps you took to get there, how did it feel?
Throughout my life, I have been a big dreamer, what this has made me realize through sheer belief is that my dreams are attainable. With this attitude I am a women on a mission to help people get fit and achieve their goals.
So by exercising think of all the positive benefits that you will gain, varying between individuals they include…

= Reduction in depression and anxiety
=Increased self-esteem
=Increased self- efficiency
= Improved self- image
=Increased self- confidence

The list can go on, but this in turn makes us more effective in both work and social interaction.
In other words, both the way we think about ourselves and behaviour change as a result of participation in exercise.
