MOTIVATION
TIME FOR A CHANGE?
The greatest motivation to change,
often results from lacking something in your life,
Example You run out of personal alone
time.
You
lack energy or enthusiasm
You
feel unappreciated in your job
You
do not have the IDEAL BODY/ RELATIONSHIP
So then what is it we start
saying to our self?
I want to feel better
I want to focus my attention on things I
want.
EG To feel healthier and happier in
life and to really LOVE THE BODY I LIVE IN.
SO WHAT IS IT YOU ARE WAITING
FOR?
You live life once and each
and everyone of us deserves to feel great.
When you are thinking positive thoughts
your body reflects this. When people are happy what do they do?
Laugh or Smile ( Then your body relaxes and
you are more open and receptive.)
So think of the benefits of spending an hour exercising will have on you, both short term and long term.
Ask your self
this!
